Room in a shared house for vegetarian, non smoker

Double room in a quiet, creative, peaceful house in Southville Bristol. The room overlooks the back garden. The house has a lovely sunny front room. It also has a sunny organic garden with benches and a fig tree.

The house is in a great locationa few minutes away from the bustling area of North St, which has many bars and cafes. Its also only a 20 min walk by the picturesque docks into town. There is a number 24 bus that is handy for the centre and only a couple of minutes away. It's also near Ashton Court and Leigh woods which are lovely places to walk at the edge of the city. So a great location to be in.

I am looking for a reliable professional person to share with who is vegetarian/ vegan and non smoking. Re pets: I am happy for someone to have a cat but unfortunately no dogs, sorry.

You will be sharing with myself. (I am not the landlord.) I am an easy going, creative person. I like art, yoga, Tai chi, walking , swimming and exploring.

The price includes all bills, broadband and council tax. There is a £400 deposit required. References will also be required.
