Newly refurbished flat, 2nd floor of Squires Court. I've been here over 2 years, my flatmate has just bought their first house and served their notice in January, so their last month is February.

Room is available from 1st of March, capacity for new tenant to move in sooner if needed. Living style is always clean, and mostly tidy. Flat is furnished, new tenant will need their own bed though. I'm after a 20 something year old flatmate to join a rental tenancy from the start of March and share rent + bills. I walk 10mins into the city centre for work. My office hours are 9:30-5. Flat already has BT TV/Fibre Internet/Sport/HD/Netflix/Prim e.

Total rent is £950 rolling month-to-month. Half of bills and council tax is £140pcm. Landlord reference checks, new tenant will need to cover their £225 referencing costs to landlord's estate agents. No students/DSS/pets.
