Double room in St Annes

**Please note this is a short-term let only up, available for up to 3 months, maybe longer. Ideal for someone in Bristol for a short time, or for someone needing somewhere to stay while looking for longer term accommodation.**
**Available from July** If you did need a little earlier there is a smaller room that can be available from early June.

Large double-room available in St Anne's. The room looks out on to the garden.

Furnished with a double-bed, bedside table, shelves, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

There is a bus stop around the corner which takes you to the centre in 15/20 minutes (no.36) or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you all the way to Cribbs causeway via Clifton (no.1). Alternatively the cycle is around 15 minutes to Castle park. There is space for another car on the driveway, and on-street parking is unpermitted.

The house is close by to some open spaces - Nightingale Valley and St Anne's Park and only 10 minutes by bike to St Georges Park and also Conham River Park is not too far.

Looking for someone preferably 28+ who doesn't work from home and is easygoing. Mature students and PHD students accepted. I may have friend/family dogs stay for a short time, so not suitable for someone who doesn't like dogs or is allergic - however the amount of time I'll have a dog in the house is very minimal, and may not happen at all during your stay.

About me - I work in marketing for a charity, I cycle everywhere and I'm into rowing and swimming.
