There is a bus stop (36), 2min walk from the house, this bus takes about 15min to reach the city centre (Baldwin St). Temple Meads is a 25min walk away.
There are local shops nearby and Sandy Park Road is a 10min walk away. Co-Op which is about a 15min walk and Sainsburys about a 25 walk away. The area is quiet and safe.
Living in the house already is myself (Landlord) and one cat. I work various jobs, mostly van driving so am out and about most days.
