Large double room in a new build house. Access to garden and use of personal bathroom as I have an ensuite (please be prepared for guests to use it also) , shared kitchen (use of all white goods, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc) and living room. All bills included in price, including WiFi.

I currently have no pets but i am looking at getting a small dog.

Double glazing, central heating all works great as you would expect in a new build.
Room has King size bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables.

Sharing the property with myself, i work shifts.

There is easy access to the motorway and also the high street, 15 minute walk.
