The Villa Annexe is a self contained apartment in a quiet a rural setting but just 10 minutes drive to Thornbury, Aztec West and the M4/M5 The Mall @ Cribbs Casueway, The Wave, 15 mins to Rolls Royce, Airbus, MoD and Oldbury Power station and 30 minutes into central Bristol.

The annexe consists of a private kitchen, bathroom with shower and living space / bedroom. The rent includes all bills including access to the super fast fibre to home broadband (up to 350MBPS). We would consider a Monday - Friday contract and this would be reflected in the rent charged.

The annexe has its its own entrace and dedicated car parking space and access to shared garden and grounds.

The owners live on site along with their 2 children, 3 chickens(eggs available to buy from the children!) and small flock of rare breed sheep. Extensive walking and cycling can be done directly from the property.

Local ammentities can be found in Tytherington (1 mile away) where there is a well stocked village shop and The Swan, our excellent local vilage pub. Just 2.5 miles away is the Market Town of Thornbury where there are a multitude of ammenities including banks, takeaways, restaurants, pubs supermarkets etc etc.
