2 double bedrooms, 1 good single. Kitchen with all the normal appliances: fridge, freezer, washing machine etc. Large and light dining/living room, and big hall area. Mostly freshly decorated with new flooring/carpets. Sunny medium size garden with patio, lawn, small herb area veg beds and some fruit trees and bushes (would suit someone with an interest in gardening, although this isn't required). Front garden lawn and a small communal green area for games etc. Parking is on-street, but there is plenty.
The house is in a very friendly cul-de-sac close to the centre of town (buses, shops, library etc). Thornbury is a market town surrounded by quiet countryside, about 6 miles from Aztec West (for motorways and offices) and 5 miles from the upper Severn Bridge. The house would suit a family or a couple of sharers. Sorry, no smokers or dogs. Other pets considered.
