A lovely modern townhouse in Totterdown with a light and spacious lounge and kitchen and easy access to the centre of town.

The room is an unfurnished small double (255cm x 285cm), there is also plenty of room on the landing outside for storage.

The house has a garden, big kitchen/lounge, garage (good for bikes), 3 bathrooms, balcony with good views of the city, in a quiet area, is very close to a Tesco local and is only about a year or so old.

We're both chilled, friendly full time professionals that have both moved in recently. We enjoy music, pubs, Netflix, climbing, cycling and generally all things alcohol related. We often cook/takeaway together and find things to do at weekends. We're looking for someone that's also easygoing, clean and will join us for drinks and rubbish on TV.

The rental contract will be done through Andrews Property Group so there will be an admin fee of £210 required. References will go through Andrews which can take about a week. Bills on top are gas/electric, water, Internet and council tax.
