Double bedroom in house in Totterdown

Hi,

I'm looking for a friendly professional to share a house in Totterdown. The room is a double and is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe. The house is bright with a small south-facing garden that gets great sunlight during the day and is great place to hang out with a beer or a glass of wine in the evening!

The location is really convenient for Temple Meads (less than a 10 minute walk), the Harbourside (20 min walk) and Cabot Circus (30 min walk). It is only a minute's walk from the bus stop, which is served by the 2, 91, 92 and 376 which are all fairly frequent.

Ideally I would like someone who can commit to staying for two months (preferably until around 4 August but there is some wriggle room to stay a few days longer if needed) - I would consider shorter lets. Please let me know a little about yourself when messaging including when you need a room and for how long.

For a single person the room is £500 p/m plus a contribution to bills/council tax of £100 p/m.
