My name is Liam and I'm a live in landlord looking for a friendly, easy-going, tidy housemate to share my house.

About the room:
- The room is furnished with a standard sized double bed, a chest of drawers and storage space
- Approx 80sq ft

About the house:
- Shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer. Enough utensils, crockery etc.
- Shared living room with TV, dining table and chairs. Additional storage space available in the house.
- There is a small decked area outside and enough room in the garden for a barbecue.
- There is free parking on street by the house in a well lit, neighborhood watch area.
- I am looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 35.
- No students accepted.

Rent:
- Rent is £625 a month
- Deposit is one month rent in advance
- Bills that are included in the monthly rent are water, gas, electricity, council tax, BT broadband and TV (including BT sports & Sky Sports)

Location:
- Quiet area of Totterdown within a neighbourhood watch area
- Tesco Express a 2 minute walk away and a variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes within a couple of minutes
- Less than 15 minutes walk to Bristol Temple Meads
- Short bus route into the city centre (25 minute walk)

About me:
I’m a professional and have been living in the house for just over seven years. I’m sociable and enjoy sports and going out. No large pets are allowed to be kept in the house, but happy to welcome the odd visiting dog.
