Hi all,

This spacious double room is available in a 2 bed house with a garden located in-between Victoria Park and the community of Totterdown. The house and garden has all been refurbished (including a new kitchen) to a high standard. The house includes:

- Separate Living Room
- Dining room with kitchen
- Washer Drier
- Dishwasher
- Garden (with sun and BBQ)
- Separate shower and bath

The current house mate is a teacher who enjoys socialising with mates, hiking, music, sports and generally just having a laugh. Looking for someone chilled with similar interests, hopefully to share meals, who enjoys chilling after work and doing more fun adventurous stuff on weekends.
