Room available in spacious house close to Victoria Park, Temple Meads, and 30 min walk to town..

Shared living room, kitchen is available, there us a south facing garden with patio area which is not overlooked. Parking is on the street if required and currently permit free.

Totterdown has a bakery, green grocers and Tescos store all within 5 mins walk.

The house is one of the coloured terraces in Totterdown, light and spacious and south facing at the back.

The room is furnished and has fitted wardrobes, a desk space and gets lots of north light. There is a bathroom which you will have for your own use, on the ground floor.

Would suit someone who would enjoy the house and be respectful of others space, as I am, and is relaxed. I am easy going, WFH sometimes, and interested in design, walking, + many other things.

Happy to consider short let's, weekday let's and happy to negotiate rent.

Maybe more suited to a female. becuase of the bathroom arrangement.
