Double Room Available to Rent in a Student House

We are four students, and we are looking for a new housemate to move in with us this upcoming Summer. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs, 2 bathrooms, a nice open living space, kitchen, and a large garden.

We are a house of four girls, we currently attend Bath Spa University and we all will be returning this September to do our PGCE course in primary education. This means that most of the time we will be out on placement 5 days a week between 8 am-5 pm so you will get the house to yourself most weeks! We are very sociable and love a drink, especially going out for cocktails so be prepared to dress up once in a while, however, we do also love a chill night on the sofa. As we are going into our PGCE year we will be focused on coursework so we will not be out socialising/drinking all the time.
We are all extremely clean and tidy and overall, a very nice and kind bunch of girls to live with!

The house is located close to the city centre. We are a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk from the city, we have a bus stop opposite the house with buses that run regularly to take you into the city centre. We are very close to Lidl, McDonald’s, and Marks and Spencer’s, but we do have a small corner shop just opposite the house. We are situated close to Bath Spa University, approximately a 3-minute drive or you can catch the bus.
Overall, you will have easy access to get to places around Bath!

We are preferably looking for either male or female between the ages of 18-24 who are currently a student at the universities surrounding the Bath area, however, we are not picky, as long as you are sociable and fun you will fit right in!
