A newly decorated double room in a lovely terrace house is looking for a professional, respectful, tidy person who doesn't mind living with a big dog!

Albany Road is a 2 min walk to Lidl, 8min walk to train station, 20min walk to town/on main bus route. Shared use of front room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The house is very well looked after.

You would be sharing the house with the current tenant who has been in the house for a few years and will be the main tenant on the contract. She runs a business and is studying so often working from home. Her interests include (and not limited to!) psychology, horror movies, true crime docs, reading, cooking and sharing the occasional meal.

She lovingly created a catio in the garden for a recently departed and loved moggy so she won't mind if you have an indoor cat.

There is scope to change the bed to a double if that's your preference.

Bills are excluded. Currently, they total about £160 per month for each person and are managed by the current tenant.
