Hey, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a double bedroom situated in a very spacious 5 bedroom house. The bedroom has loads of cupboard space, shelves, a desk and a bedside table. The bedroom window overlooks the garden. There is a bus stop right next to the house, which provides 10 minute bus journeys into the city centre as well as the Bath Spa University campus. Lidl is a 5 minute walk away, and is located near a PureGym. The house is spread over 3 floors, and includes 2 bathrooms, a garden, and a large basement. There is a large open plan living/dining area which includes a grand piano, a tv, 4 comfy sofas, and a large communal dining table. The kitchen includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space as well as a microwave, kettle and oven. Currently Living there are 4 other really lovely students, 2 girls and 2 boys who are really easy to get along with. A large and spacious property with a homely feel.
