Small terraced house for short term let or Mon-Fri

My house is a small terraced house with a rear garden.

The house has a small open plan living/dining area with a new kitchen dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a double bedroom with wardrobe and a small child's bedroom.
The bathroom is small with an over the bath shower
To the rear of the property is a small garden with outdoor seating and a small table and chairs.
The garden is south west facing and is sunny until 7pm ish

Council tax band C
My preference is to let the house Mon to Fri with me living there.
Alternatively, I would consider a short term let where I would live elsewhere
The house is within walking distance of the centre of Bath about 20 mins and is on a bus route (5mins +) to centre
Non smokers only and people who would take care of my brand new kicthen and my property !
