Gorgeous Double room in Uphill

A large, bright double en-suite room, dual aspect, with great views towards Uphil hill, in a gorgeous extended cottage.

The room is available full time at £650 or as a Mon-Fri £500-550 (amount of overnights dependent)

I am happy to rent the room out from one month to 6 months, on a month by month basis. Longer term lets will be considered after the initial month or two.

Uphill is a lovely village to the South of WSM. The house is a 5 min walk to Uphill Beach and 50m to nature reserve,. There are 2 local pubs, a great village store, and a cafe at the boatyard.

I have 2 cats - one is a needy, neurotic, sometimes noisy Siamese - so you must be an animal lover! He loves a lap...all the time.....or food!

I am looking for a clean and tidy, mature female housemate, someone thoughtful, that has a full-time job and doesnt need to work from home. Someone who also likes a chilled, clean, stress free, relaxing house.
