Double room near cycle path

Hello, we are a couple living in Warmley, right near the cycle path, with a beautiful Lab called Alba! My partner owns the house, I work as a Nanny and my partner works shifts for Rolls Royce although is currently furloughed and renovating a house! Although we are a couple we would love someone who would still like to hang out! The room is a good size with 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers, there is also storage under the bed! We like the house to be clean and as free of clutter as possible! There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the house! We would consider couples (for £700 per month) and short term let’s.
