The property is currently up for sale but we would welcome short term tenants needing something between moves or temporary accommodation. Couples are considered but would be £650 per month in total.

We have a lovely, furnished, double bedroom in a cosy cottage available. All bills are included. It has unlimited broadband and 24 hour call out facility for the boiler and heating system. There are only three rented rooms in total so it is small and friendly. No smokers or people with pets. You must be clean, tidy and be prepared to share the household chores, do the bins etc.

Close bus links and near ring road to all major motorways and city. Warmley is a great village with post office, pubs, Tesco and restaurant. Just down the road is longwell green trade and leisure park. (Asda, Next, B&Q, Bowling, Chiquitos, Fitness first etc)
