Double room to let in Sea Mills

I have a double room to let in my house in Sea Mills for £500 per month, including all bills except gas and electric. This is available from 1 July, but there is a spare smaller double bedroom that could be used to stay in should you wish to move in a little earlier. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed , a small bookcase, desk and chair and a bedside table. All bedding is provided but you can bring your own should you wish to.
There is a very large kitchen diner with a table that can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower and a smaller toilet.

Amenities include: Access to shared living room with fireplace, smart TV with Plex, Amazon Prime and Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier(not available in the summer), a large garden, on-street parking. The bus stop (bus no 4 and U1) are 2 minutes walk away and bus no 3 is 5 minutes walk away.

The house has a shed in the garden which can be used for storage. You have unlimited access to the garden for BBQs and so on.

You will have use of your own fridge and shared freezer space. Cleaning lady once a week included (me!😆), but it is expected that you clean after yourself when you use the kitchen and so on. The house is usually very clean and I would like to share with someone similar.

I am keen to have a female lodger. As we are 2 female professionals living in the house, a similar person would fit in well but students are also considered. This room is suited for someone independent as whilst we occasionally socialise, I lead a busy life, and the other lodger in the property is away most weekends.

Non smokers, no working from home or study from home and no shift workers please. I would also consider a Monday to Friday let for a reduced rent.
