Despite being a HMO, our house is super quiet, clean and we're respectful of each other. Please don't apply if you're used to leaving the kitchen or bathroom messy after use.
All bills are included. Super fast broadband, 950mb, makes working from home easy. Gas central heating. The house is cavity wall insulated to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer.
To make life more harmonious , I provide toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, hand-wash liquid and dishwashing liquid. I clean the communal areas weekly when I'm not travelling. Sadly I don't travel that much.
The large kitchen/ diner has all the usual equipment ; washing machine , dryer airfryer, 2 fridges, microwave, rice cooker, toaster coffee machine , gas hob and electric ovens. Each lodger has their rota laundry day for convenience
There's a private back garden with a tiny frog inhabited pond and planted raised beds. A patio for drying clothes and relaxing. I love gardening and maintain the gardens to a pretty good standard if I say so myself.
Finally, there is a garage for bicycle, suitcase etc storage.
