I have 2 rooms to rent in Weston-Super-Mare, one is a single room at £300 per month and the other is a double room at £500 per month.
I am preferably looking for students who could stay on a full time basis. I am willing to consider professional people but I would prefer this kind of rental on a Monday - Friday basis.
I have two cats so must be cat friendly - not allergic too of course.
There is a nearby Co-op and we're on a bus route that will take you directly into town or it is a 30 minute walk away
