Double room in coach house available 1st Nov

Double room in coach house on new development Haywood Village with one bathroom and a large shared living space. I am rarely at the property so would be looking for someone who would be responsible for the house when I am not there as you would have the place to yourself. Room has furniture in including a double bed, rail, desk and bed side table but could be removed if requested. Property comes with parking.
