The room is 4.5m x 3.7m (15ft x 12ft).
It is a double size room, but for one person only.

It is suitable for professional hospital staff (Hospital is around 20 mins walk) or Mon-Friday professional, etc.
Not suitable for night or late-shift workers or home workers.
Fully furnished room in a quiet family house with no pets or smokers.

The room now has a king-size bed (bigger and higher than the one in the photo)
There is also a wardrobe, a large desk and chair, a large shelving unit, and a large TV.

The bathroom is shared and has a large shower over a corner bath. Toilet is separate.
The kitchen has everything you will need!
Use of the living room/lounge is included.
Parking is on the road, usually directly outside.
High-Speed Wifi internet included.

Initially limited to 9 months but can be extended for the right person.

We are a married, working couple.
