There are 2 reception rooms, conservatory, private garden and off street parking. There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room/cloakroom. You will have use of your own fridge and kitchen cupboard.

Bills are included, but a monthly contribution to household products is required. There is unlimited broadband.

You must like dogs as there are 5 in the house, but they are very loving and well behaved. Important to note that the house is spotlessly clean and does not have a dog smell.

Currently there is one female (landlady) living here and it is a friendly, easy going household.
