Double room in Weston super mare

We are looking for a professional Female preferably for single occupancy only.

Hi! I have a double room available from the 27/04/2024 in a new modern styled, 3 storey town house, built on an up and coming estate. The location is just 5 minutes off the M5, 5 minutes into Weston Centre, 30 minutes to the airport, a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful less touristy beaches and walks to enjoy on the weekend or for an after work sunset! There are buses which head into Weston town/Bristol in the area aswell as train links into Bristol and beyond.

The house is Located on a quiet street with ample on road parking on a new build estate, with usually space in front of the house and a drive way for 1 car to be shared with other house mates.

The room available is a quiet, fairly large double room on the top floor at the front of the property, furnished with a large wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers (one can be replaced with your own desk), double bed and TV port with use of the shared bathroom which has a bath and a shower, which is primarily only shared with one other house mate

All house mates will have access to the shared fully equipped kitchen diner, small lounge, downstairs toilet and large garden with seating area and a pond which is a great place to relax in the warmer months. The property also comes equipped with good WiFi.

A little bit about me... I am a Engineer mainly located else where now. Myself and dog will only be back home rarely during a month so the property will only have 3 female occupants total for majority of time, allowing the property to give everyone space and consideration. I am a very outdoors guy that likes to keep fit and get out and about. Some of my interests are camping, travels, hiking, walking and a few sports out on the water.

I'm looking to create a relaxed atmosphere, with a great vibe, with like minded professional individuals, who would love to treat my home as also their own, who like their own time aswell as some social interaction and have a good understanding of consideration to others when necessary. Current occupants are 2 young professional females who you would be mainly sharing the property with. A few of their interests are cooking/baking, outdoor activities, animals, and fitness

My top priority is to find a good match with like minded personalities of the current occupancy, over being a landlord thats just trying to fill a room ASAP. This helps to keep my home and your home a happy, enjoyable place for everyone rather than having a mix, which is most important to me.
