Lovely home with big garden

Hi,

I'm looking for a lodger who will share a 2 bed home with me, I share custody of my dog and she’s here 2 weeks a month. I am vegan/veggie so would prefer to live with someone who is the same. This is not a party house, so would be best suit for another professional who enjoys a lovely home, living with animals and bit of space from the hustle & bustle of the city.

There’s a rain shower, large south facing garden with a raised patio seating area, the room is small which is reflected in price. I work a lot so am not around much , and would love someone who’s extremely easy going and appreciates the magical company of furry beings.

Asda is less than 10 minutes walk away. There are also take aways and shops 10 minutes in the other direction. There is a bus stop for the 75/76 is 15 minutes walk away and takes 20 minutes to get to Bristol City Centre. Or it's a half hour bike ride to the city. So probably better if you have your own transport! :)

All bills , internet & Netflix included. 1 month rent in advance & deposit as per 1 month rent amount. Move in /out date flexible
