I have a spacious double room to rent in a rural location, less than a mile /10 minutes walk from the centre of Winscombe. The house benefits from it's own entrance plenty of parking, garden and garage, Large living room with a wall mounted flat screen TV and a working log burner.
NB - Whoever takes the room will have the house completely to themselves all week!
About me: I am a Professional, working away in week (Mon-Fri). I return on Friday evening.
I like to think I am a pretty easy going, fun loving person, and would welcome a conscientious, like minded individual to share my house with.
The house is in a fantastic location with all the mod con's and I have a cleaner that comes in once a week.
