Free Room for a 'Mother's Help'

I am a working single mother of 2 young boys and am offering a free single room in return for help with school and nursery run 4 days a week , occasional evening baby sitting and general housekeeping. Parking on road always available. Quite cul de sac position with good bus/rail links. Must have character refs, suit student i. e on childcare course but not essential.
