1 large double bedroom with own bathroom

I am renting out a large double room with your own bathroom as my current Tennant is moving in with her boyfriend after two years renting from me.

I am happy to include the wardrobe and draws as seen in the photo.

I am usually out and about and work in bristol 3-4 days a week and have a home office for the days I work from home.

The price includes the room, bathroom , kitchen and occasional access to the living room but I do like my own space on a evening.

WiFi, council tax, sky, gas , electric, a cleaner for your bathroom only.

Parking is street parking but right outside.

Large garden with back gate access.

You can use the garage to store a bike.
