Here l have a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 floors. No garden as the flat is on the first floor although the apartment itself is on two floors. 3 bedrooms and bath upstairs, lounge and kitchen downstairs. All tenants have equal access to toilet, kitchen and lounge. Couples are welcome with monthly rent of £700 and a deposit of £500 all inclusive. Room is available now. There's enough car parking space in the area. Also available is a secured locked shed enough to keep a motor bike or other stuff. Successful new room mate(s) will not be referenced but will have to prove ability to pay rent.
