Mature student/young professional housemate wanted

There is a spare room available in the house I am living in in Yatton available from now, with a negotiable term of contract. It is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, bed and desk included. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, along with a back garden. On-street parking is available outside the property.

Male applicants will not be considered.

I am a final year veterinary student, so I would be looking for a fellow student or young professional. If you are a young professional, you would be solely responsible for the council tax.

The bills are generally reasonable on the ongoing contract I have set up, but this could be discussed depending on time spent in the property etc.
