We live in a village location in a spacious old house with 6 bedrooms, We are a professional family with grown up children, two cats & 1 dog. We are looking to rent out the spare single bedroom with free wifi Room is available either with or without furniture. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a seperate toilet and wash basin downstairs. We have a large kitchen and diner, a seperate dining room and lounge with an additional lounge / conservatory that backs onto a huge garden with Patio seating and lawns and lots of trees, use of driveway for loading & unloading and free additional local parking 100 meters from house. We do not smoke in the house but are happy to accept smokers. The local train station is a 10 min walk and serves central Bristol and ABBEYWOOD & beyond. Bristol Veterinary College at Langford is 10 mins by car. Bristol Airport is also very close 20 mins by car.
