single room currently needs furnished and needs a bed. also needs walls painted.
share home with easy going older man who will leave you in peace unless you want chat or to use facilities.
ive kept rent very low as my idea is that you do odd jobs around home as part of the deal
ie. weeding garden, trimming hedges, painting walls inside etc.
rent will only change if you use heating over winter. everything is negotiable
near buses for largs, saltcoats, kilwinning, irvine, ayr, kilmarnock etc
