Double room in lovely beach front flat Ayr

Looking for a working lodger for lovely ,contemporary ,well
looked after flat on the beach front in Ayr , 6 minutes from the high street . Quiet residential block so ideal person will be looking for somewhere peaceful. Fantastic views of Arran . Near to train / university / shopping . A high standard of ‘housekeeping’ will be expected and extra occasional guests are by permission only.. prefer term time only or weekdays only or other unusual combinations eg night shift or part year contracts . Some storage /reservation arrangement could be made for periods not required …perhaps someone that needs a base in Ayr for certain times only? Could be available from early December but needs to be not required for the New Year week as I have a previous commitment.
