A medium-sized, fully furnished double bedroom is available in a top floor flat in Ayr town centre. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and benefits from a large double window with plenty of natural light.
The bathroom will be shared with me only.
The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, washer, and internet included in the rent. On-street parking is available (parking permit required).
The property is ideally located:
- 15 minutes’ walk to Ayr train station
- A few minutes’ walk to Ayr bus station
- Close to shops, supermarkets, and local amenities
You’ll be sharing with me – a 28-year-old professional female – and my friendly cat 🐾
I’m looking for a professional (preferably female) who is sociable and enjoys occasional chats or spending time together, but also respects personal space and quiet time. Cleanliness is very important and is a must.
Bills are included.
Deposit required.
Minimum contract: 3 months.
Move-in date: 1st April.
