Large single room available in spacious and comfortable detached house in quiet residential location near seafront in Ayr. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, and Freeview.

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax and unlimited wireless broadband. Shared kitchen, lounge, utility room, dining room, large garden with outdoor drying facilities. Off street parking. 10 minute walk to town centre and a few minutes from the sea.

Current housemates are myself and three others, 2 professionals and 1 student.
