Double room available in a Victorian terraced house in a popular area near the sea and next to Ayr Town Centre. It is two minutes walk to the town centre and one minute from the beach. The house is spacious and comfortable. We have fibre optic wireless broadband. Bills and amenities are included. The room is nicely decorated, has Sky TV (own box), with Sky Sports and Sky Movies and is very comfortable, overlooking the garden.
My wife and I both work. We also have a five year old son. We are very considerate and easy going people. We have a small cat who keeps himself to himself.
