Double room to rent within spacious nicely decorated home, close to Ayr town centre (5 minute walk) and bus and train links. There are car parks both to the front and the rear.

The house benefits from:

- 2 living rooms so there's plenty of space without living on top of each other.

- Dining area.

- Good sized kitchen which is modern and comes with dishwasher and all the usual appliances.

- Bathroom has a big luxury bath with shower attachment. The bathroom will be yours (and for guests) as I have an en-suite.

- Unlimited TalkTalk broadband, TV, and a Netflix subscription.

- There is a nice garden out the back with a lawn and a patio area plus a large shed.

As for the bedroom it is newly decorated. Orthopedic mattress just bought a few months ago. 3 double wardrobes so there is plenty of storage space, 2 chest of drawers, armchair, bookcase and flat screen TV with dvd player and chromecast.

I am a quiet but friendly and easy going guy who works through the day and is either home or out with friends at night. Not a big party animal. I often work weekends so you will probably have the place to yourself a fair bit but I enjoy the occasional lazy day at home too.

I am looking for a lodger who is either a student or in full time employment. Preferably a positive happy person who is easy to get along with and not too messy. Non-smoker indoors essential but occasional drinker preferable :D
