We have a large furnished double room for rent in a spacious apartment right by the beach.
Wine store and gym in the same street. 15mim to the UWS, 4min to co-op, 6min to the high street, Aldi is about 8-10 minutes walk.
Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, two fridges & a large living room with table football, sharing a glass of wine is welcomed, it is however not a flat for party animals ;-)
The place is kept clean - i. e. no leaving dirty dishes, weekly rotating cleaning rota etc.
The rent is £200 per month + equally split bills (wifi, gas and electricity). Deposit is also £200.
