I am offering a furnished double room in the heart of Barassie, Troon. The room has a king size bed with 4 large storage drawers (2 either side of the bed), velvet chair, bedside cabinet, washing basket, lamp and extension lead, as well as a large double built-in wardrobe.

My first floor flat is situated 5 minutes walk from both Barassie train station and Barassie beach. In addition, there is a convenience store and fish and chip takeaway 5-10 minutes walk away, as well as being a 25 minute walk from a large Morrisons and Troon high street. The flat is also near bus stops and cycle paths.

In relation to pets, I have two small gerbils only.
