Double room in bungalow/Beith

Hi, I have a Double room available in my bungalow located in Beith, North Ayrshire. The room has been recently redecorated, new carpet fitted and all new furniture and bed/mattress. The room has a large wardrobe with integral drawers, shoe storage and bedside units. There are spectacular open views from the bedroom and garden.

The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is shared although there is also a WC.

My street is quiet with friendly neighbours. Beith has excellent transport links to Glasgow and is close to Glasgow Airport. Glengarnock train station is a short journey by car giving direct service to Glasgow Central and the Ayrshire coast.

I am a professional who works from home 50% of the week. I am neat and tidy and enjoy both socialising and quiet nights in and looking for a housemate who is also tidy and clean.

I have a friendly 2 year old Golden Retriever so you must like dogs.
