Double Room in End Terrace House in Dunlop

I am offering a double room in my house in Dunlop. The house has a large kitchen / dining room, living room and private garden. You would have your own private bathroom with bath and shower, although it is not en suite.

There is off street parking, and the house is a 1 minute walk from the train station, from which there is a 20 minute train to Glasgow every half hour.

I spend most of my time away for work, and around one weekend a month at the house. As such, we would come to an appropriate agreement for the sharing of gas and electricity bills.

I would expect any lodger to be clean, tidy, and respectful of my house.
