Friendly, outgoing, reliable person to share a large family home please. The occupant will occupy a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and shelving. Decoration has recently been completed. Furnished but can accommodate applicants personal items if required. The room can be made as personal to the applicant as they wish. You would be welcome to share meals with the family when we are eating at home. BT RELIABLE WIFI available, shared kitchen, house has two bathrooms one of which would be almost exclusive to the applicant. We would prefer someone who would like to be included as part of the family although the size of the room would allow applicant privacy if required. Would possibly suit contractors, students or someone in transition of moving to the area. Great transport links train and bus to Ayr and Glasgow and to Kilmarnock - Ardrossan on the Number 11 bus route every 10 minutes. 15 minute walk to harbour and central to town centre and bars and restaurants. Easy access to both Glasgow International and Prestwick airports. Several golf courses nearby including Irvine, Prestwick, Troon and Turnberry. Town centre leisure facilities just a few minutes walk away. Off street parking. We are a friendly, sociable family who will make you as welcome as you wish. Viewing may be arranged at any time by prior arrangement. Please bear in mind COVID restrictions and guidelines

The room includes the use of a TV/DVD player & there is a kettle in the room.

We have now let the room on TWELVE occasions. All former occupants have moved on due to work commitments elsewhere or were renting whilst looking for family accommodation in the area and have moved on. (Average stay of previous occupants of room = 6 months)
