I have 1 room for rent in a 4 bed house on the outskirts of Kilmarnock. The property is on a bus route and has easy access to the A/M77. Glasgow city centre is approimately 25 minutes by car.
Kilmarnock college is approximately 15 minutes walk. Prestwick airport is approximately 10 minutes motorway drive away. There is ample on street and resident parking in this cul de sac.
The rooms are recently decorated and have laminate flooring. The rooms are clean, warm and friendly.
There is a double bed, 32"LCD TV Freeview and NOW TV box. HiFi with docking. An iron and a safe.
I provide ample bedding and towels. Sundries like toilet paper are provided as are electric gas council tax and WiFi.
The living room and kitchen are modern and welcoming. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave etc.
There is wireless internet.

I would like someone who looks after the place as I do. I work a lot so the place is often available to chill on their own.

I have 3 friendly cats, Bruce, Apollo and Peter. A recent addition is Stella my French bulldog. Like me they are used to company about our home.

The rooms are available from now.

I do ask that everyone does their bit to clean up after themselves. A quick run around and wiping after you have used surfaces or the bathroom will create harmony.

I have been renting rooms for a long time. Its been great getting to know people and having them as friends.

Im more of a couch potato. I like TV and cooking and often invite guests to have a meal.
