Lovely double room to let

I am renting out my spare room in my modern house all amenities available washing machine, dishwasher, dryer etc.
In room there double bed, dressing table, chest drawers, vanity drawers and tv.
I have a pet cat she just does her own thing very friendly i keep my house very clean so looking for the same from my tennant. Shared bathroom, kitchen, livingroom have sky tv and broadband happy to add a multi room for extra if tennant want sky in there room.
My house is short walk from ayrahire college and train station. there is a bus to glasgow stops at the bottom of the street so brilliant transport links. Space in my drive way for another car for off road parking
