Room to rent in Kilmarnock

I am looking for a roommate, preferably a female roommate in the flat I’m renting within the Kilmarnock area. The flat is very close to the town centre- a 5 mins walk- and within very close walking distances to shops and supermarkets.
It is a single bedroom (will probably fit a double bed depending on your furnitures). The living room is furnished including a TV, sofa and dinner table. The kitchen has a complete set of appliances included as well: from microwaves, ovens, fridge and kettle.

Most of the furnitures are mine but I am happy to share these stuff.
I am a clean freak and always like to keep the place clean so I’m looking for a roommate who will respect this and help make sure the flat is clean and well-maintained. I am friendly and quite sociable so I’d be happy to get to know my roommate. However, I also need quiet and peace as my job as a teacher can be quite hectic during the day.

The bills are negotiable as I already have WiFi and gas and heating sorted and already pays for it monthly. The council tax band for this flat is A, so it is the roommate’s responsibility to pay for the other half of the tax.
