Single Room For Rent in Family Home

Single room for rent within our family home. Shared use of main bathroom (bath & shower) with 2 others males. Room comprises single bed, a 3 drawer cabinet, 5 drawer unit and lamp. A hanging rail can be added if necessary. Room looks over the front garden and drive way and is sunny in the morning. It is a family home and we strive for a warm, comfortable, homely atmosphere. Our kids have grown and moved on. We have 3 labradors who are very friendly - so we are looking for someone who loves dogs and is not allergic and feels very much at ease around them. Meals can be included by prior arrangement and shared access to the kitchen and storage can be arranged too. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Off street parking is available on a "who is in first" basis. (space for 4 cars). Guests are welcome to sit out in our garden, when the weather allows. We would ask that music be turned down by 10 pm and any guests do not stay over unless by prior agreement with ourselves. My husband works shifts including nightshift. Would suit professional or mature student who is willing to treat the house, ourselves, our guests and our dogs with due care and respect.
