I coordinate a Shared Tenancy Project which provides young people aged 16-24 yrs of age with assistance to source a private rented property, where they will receive training to sustain the tenancy and to develop independent living skills. This involves gaining knowledge on all aspects of what is required of tenants as well as how to manage on a low budget.
