I have a recently built bed /sitting double room with it's own en suite / shower room attached. Its a bright and pleasant room with its own access to a secluded patio and garden at the back of my house. Access to the room is via the double doors from the the garden at the rear.
As well as the bed/sitting room and en suite, full shared access will be available to the kitchen and dining room. The Kitchen is recently fitted, and access to all appliances is available - fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven / gas hob, food storage. laundry services if required, or just provide access in the kitchen for a tenant to store their own food and look after own laundry.
The bed / sitting room is furnished with bed, sofa, drawers, large wardrobe, TV. I can add to or change furniture as needed. It has a good broadband / wi-fi service.
On street parking is available immediately outside the property.

The monthly room rent includes all utility bills - heating, lighting, use of kitchen, dining room, broadband, council tax. The room also has full use of the rear patio and garden - very pleasant for summer evening entertaining. There is a garden shed with space for one bike.

The property is located in the North of Kilmarnock within minutes walk from the main bus route on the M77 to Glasgow. Glasgow city centre is approx 25 mins by car. Nearby, within 5 mins walk is a Tesco supermarket, garage and smaller shops. Kilmarnock town centre is 30 mins walk away or less than 10 mins by car.

Must be a non- smoker, who likes pets who would mostly be self sufficient, as I will be out for part of each day. I clean the room on a weekly basis , hoovering , dusting and bathroom .
For an additional charge I can do laundry washing and ironing
